WHAT IS THE GLOBAL BUSINESS FORUM?

The Global Business Forum is an annual event hosted by the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) to bring together over 300 members and their business networks from more than 100 countries. The Forum provides a platform to explore global markets and emerging trends across various sectors, offering exclusive insights and practical skills from top experts and business leaders. Attendees also benefit from strategic B2B matchmaking and networking sessions directly connecting them with potential partners and investors worldwide. Each year, the Forum is held in a different city, making the event both an epicenter for commerce and collaboration and a unique cultural exchange. The 2026 Global Business Forum will be held in Philadelphia from April 19-22, hosted by World Trade Center Greater Philadelphia.

WHY PHILADELPHIA?

In 2026, Philadelphia will celebrate America’s semiquincentennial, commemorating the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, making the year a once-in-a generation showcase for the city. In addition to the Global Business Forum, Philadelphia will host a variety of large-scale events, including FIFA World Cup games, the MLB All-Star Game, and the PGA Championship. Thus, to say that 2026 is monumental for Philadelphia would be a drastic understatement, and the Global Business Forum plays a key role in this significant year.

WHY SHOULD I ATTEND?

The fact that an international trade event as significant as the Global Business Forum is being hosted not just in our nation, but specifically in Philadelphia this year is significant not only for the city itself, but also for businesses in Central Pennsylvania just a short distance away. The forum offers companies the ability to connect with individuals around the world and gain the opportunity to enhance international trade and learn about trends and policy-related news that directly impact their functioning as a business.

WHO CAN ATTEND THE WTCA GLOBAL BUSINESS FORUM (GBF)?

The GBF is the largest WTCA event of the year and provides attendees enriching networking opportunities in different locales every year.

The event is open to everyone. Register now! Early bird has been extended to February 15.
