  served as the United States Ambassador to Canada from 2021 to 2025.  Bef
 ore his tenure in Canada\, Ambassador Cohen served as Senior Advisor to th
 e CEO and Senior Executive Vice President of Comcast NBCUniversal\, where 
 his portfolio included corporate communications\, legal affairs\, governme
 nt and regulatory affairs\, public affairs\, corporate administration\, co
 rporate real estate and security\, and community impact. Ambassador Cohen 
 also served as the company’s first chief diversity officer.\n\nAmbassado
 r Cohen previously served as a partner in and Chair of Ballard Spahr Andre
 ws &amp\; Ingersoll\, LLP. From January 1992 to April 1997\, Ambassador Co
 hen served as Chief of Staff to the Honorable Edward G. Rendell\, the Mayo
 r of the City of Philadelphia.\nAmbassador Cohen also has served on many n
 onprofit boards\, including as chair of: the Trustees of the University of
  Pennsylvania and its executive committee\; the board of directors and the
  executive committee of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce\; the
  Philadelphia Theatre Company\; the FIFA 2026 World Cup Philadelphia Bid C
 ommittee\; the board of trustees of City Year and its executive committee\
 ; and of the corporate board of advisors of UnidosUS. Ambassador Cohen als
 o served as a member of the board of directors of the National Urban Leagu
 e and of the U.S. Semiquincentennial Commission. In addition\, Ambassador 
 Cohen served on the board of directors of the PNC Financial Services Group
 \, Inc. and PNC Bank\, National Association and as a member of the board o
 f directors of FS Global Credit Opportunities Fund.\n\nAmbassador Cohen ha
 s received numerous awards for his civic and charitable activities\, inclu
 ding six honorary Doctor of Laws degrees from U.S. universities\, includin
 g the University of Pennsylvania.\n\nA native of New York\, Ambassador Coh
 en graduated with a B.A. from Swarthmore College in 1977 and with a J.D. f
 rom the University of Pennsylvania Law School\, summa cum laude\, in 1981.
   Ambassador Cohen lives in Philadelphia with his wife\, Rhonda R. Cohen.
 \n\n&nbsp\;\nMeet Rick Siger\n\n\nRick Siger leads the Pennsylvania Depart
 ment of Community &amp\; Economic Development (DCED)\, driving innovation\
 , business growth\, and competitiveness across the Commonwealth. In 2024\,
  he and Governor Josh Shapiro launched Pennsylvania’s Ten-Year Economic 
 Development Strategy\, the state’s first long-term economic plan in nea
 rly two decades.\n\nUnder his leadership\, DCED has rolled out major initi
 atives like PA SITES\, which expands Pennsylvania’s inventory of shovel-
 ready sites\, and Main Street Matters\, an investment in downtowns and mai
 n streets. He has also worked to strengthen partnerships between state and
  local governments and the private sector\, with collaborative efforts lik
 e the revitalization of downtown Pittsburgh securing nearly $600 million i
 n public and private investment.\n\nSince 2023\, the Shapiro Administratio
 n has attracted over $3.7 billion in private-sector investment and helped 
 create more than 5\,000 family-sustaining jobs across the state.\n\nPrevio
 usly\, Rick served as Chief of Staff at Carnegie Mellon University and spe
 nt over seven years serving President Obama\, holding senior roles at the 
 White House and U.S. Department of Commerce. A Pittsburgh native\, he hold
